We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and verified to be in good condition. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we receive the item.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return for a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us at jreynolds@fhg-services.com to request return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Include the RMA number with your return shipment.

  • If the damage or fault is verified, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement, at your preference.

3. Restocking Fee for Generators and Dehumidifiers

Returns of unopened generators and dehumidifiers are subject to a 10% restocking fee. These items must be returned at the buyer’s expense and meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • In the same condition as when shipped.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items (unless damaged or faulty).

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Items without an RMA number (for damaged or faulty returns).

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible item:
